Process for our Carpet Cleaning Service

• 1. Pre-Inspection
• Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. They will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

• 2. Pre-vacuum as required
• Dry soil is removed by power vacuuming. Removing excess dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process.

• 3. Furniture Moving
• Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces we can't guarantee we can move them, though we have tools to help us should it be possible.

• 4. Pre-spray & Pre-Spot
• A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

• 5. Pre-grooming/Agitation
• The pre-spray is then agitated deep into the pile and fibres of the carpet using an advanced agitation machine with contra-rotating brushes, lifting the pile as it goes. This ensures the pre-spray works throughout the whole carpet and not just the top, achieving maximum effectiveness against allergens like dust mites, pet dender, mold spores and other potentially aggravating proteins.

• 6. Deep Steam Cleaning
• Clean carpet overall using the system and method decided at the inspection stage. Typically HWE (commonly known as Steam Carpet Cleaning). HWE method uses fine jets to get the eco friendly soil-retardant solution deep into the fibres. This is immediately extracted using powerful vacuums ensuring carpets are left clean and as dry as possible.

• 7. Apply Stain Guard
• At an additional cost we can apply a top quality odourless stain guard, which coats and protects fibres against water and oil based spillages. Our formula contains stain blocker additive for re-treatment of stain resistant nylon carpets and also helps protect against static electricity. Please let the operative know at the start if you wish to add this on.

• 8. Quick Dry
• Whilst cleaning we ensure adequate ventilation and introduce TURBO air movers if necessary to reduce drying times. In ideal circumstances, after steam cleaning your carpets can be left dry in less then 30 minutes..
